I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience, and I truly believe that therapy begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. Life can be messy, complicated, beautiful, and overwhelming—sometimes all at the same time—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, recognize the strengths you already carry, and create meaningful change.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes you simply need a safe place to begin. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself, recognize your resilience, and create a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and authentically yours
