It can be exhausting to spend so much time thinking about what you should be doing differently while feeling unsure how to make things change. Maybe anxiety is taking up more space, conflict in your relationships keeps repeating, or you’re harder on yourself than you would be to someone you care about. Therapy gives us a chance to slow down and look at what’s happening when you feel stuck. Rather than pushing feelings aside or trying to fix them right away, we can listen to what they’re trying to tell us and use that understanding to create meaningful change.
I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, social anxiety, blended family dynamics, and religious trauma. My approach tends to draw from mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS).
But often, what seems to be even more important than the approach we use is the relationship we build along the way. I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel understood, and can make sense of what you’re going through.

I believe it takes a lot of strength to reach out for help. Engaging in therapy often means a willingness to be vulnerable. It's an honor and privilege for me to experience that space with clients. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of yourself, others and the world around you. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, and I especially enjoy supporting folks who are neurodivergent (like those with ADHD or autism), as well as older adults and caregivers navigating big life changes.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and low-pressure. I want you to feel safe showing up just as you are. I mostly use a psychodynamic approach, which means I’m interested in how your past experiences and relationships might be showing up in your current life.
I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This type of therapy is commonly used for treating trauma symptoms, but can be used for anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and eating disorder symptoms. We’ll work together to notice patterns and build insight that helps you move forward.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have a special interest in pediatric medication management, neurodevelopmental and genetic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and co-occuring intellectual disabilities. I regularly use genetic testing (Genesight) to develop a medication treatment plan that is truly tailored to each person and the goals they envision achieving. Consultation only appointments available if you have a psychiatrist you love but would like a second opinion.
I view medication not as a quick fix, but as a supportive stepping stone. Whether you visit us at our clinic or connect from the comfort of your home via video, I will treat you as a whole person, walking beside you to ensure your treatment truly nurtures your life.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over ten years of experience providing medication management for ages 4+ for a variety of conditions including anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, depression, and mood disorders. I take into consideration a comprehensive assessment and develop a realistic treatment plan with patients and families.

I have been in the field of mental health for 30 plus years. My primary specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma/EMDR, couples, and post-partum concerns. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, Love and Logic Parenting, and I have expertise in chemical dependency as well. I work with individual adults, couples, adolescents, college age youth.
My approach is holistic, and I often use CBT along with solution-focused and mindfulness-based therapeutic strategies. I integrate these methods based on the unique client and do not believe in a “one technique fits all” approach. I am non-judgmental and easy to talk to. Through collaboration, I empower my clients and promote inner strength and growth.

Life doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes, the changes we face can feel overwhelming, painful, or isolating. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, a major transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a powerful step forward. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, and identity shifts. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of change: after a loss, during pregnancy or postpartum, in early recovery, or while trying to make sense of a new chapter in life.
I take a person-centered, relational approach to therapy. That means we’ll work together at your pace. I’m also a LADC, so I often support clients dealing with overlapping mental health and substance use concerns. I have training in advanced perinatal mental health, and experience working with individuals navigating complex emotional patterns.

My approach aligns with the belief that folks are much more than their symptoms and that each individual has inherent dignity and worth. I provide a customized unique approach with each person to best help them reach their goals. I work with individuals who are struggling to find purpose, are working through a difficult transition, and those who feel like their emotions are controlling them. I have a published literature review on body positivity and the influence on self-image; I utilize self-compassion and somatic techniques to increase empathetic and validating inner self talk.
My specialties include working with queer and nonbinary folx, polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, those who are struggling with interpersonal skills and setting boundaries, and those who struggle with complex thoughts and habits surrounding eating and self-image.
I am a facilitator of DBT groups and provide individual DBT therapy, evidence-based psychotherapy, and individual skills training. When developing a therapeutic relationship, I will work with you as partners to create an environment where we can explore your goals and foster your ideal life worth living.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out to a therapist, and you've taken that first step already. I don't know your story yet, but if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or loss, you don't need to go through it alone. You deserve support, comfort, and help. Whatever you're struggling with, you're invited to my office—in person or virtual—for a conversation.
I'm an open, gentle, sometimes sarcastic person. Therapy usually involves grappling with some uncomfortable feelings, but my clients and I also often joke and laugh in our meetings. I have training and experience dealing with a range of issues from grief to ADHD, but everyone's path is unique. I'd love to walk with you for as long as I can be helpful.

People are unique human beings with a long list of remarkable qualities. Sometimes though, we feel that we have qualities that we need to work on to be our better selves. I work with individuals to find and strengthen those qualities. I consider each of the individuals who come to me for sessions as just that, individuals with autonomy. I use Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Play and Art Therapy.
I will help you figure out what you need and want, support healthy boundaries in your relationships, teach concrete skills that you can use, and guide you as you re-parent your inner child. Most importantly, in our work together you will find that you are a lovable human being with lots of awesome traits and that you belong in this world.

I've been in the mental health field for over 25 years and still strive to keep my "beginner's mind". I have a psychodynamic orientation (which means I believe that the relationship between the therapist and you is an important part of the process). My work is informed by many things, including the Buddhist principal that suffering comes from attachment to things we often aren't aware of or simply don't know how to let go of. I've found it helpful to use various wisdom resources, poetry, and humor in therapy.
Regardless of theoretical orientation and style, research has shown that in order for therapy to be effective, people must feel that the therapist has a genuine sense of connection to them. I very much enjoy the work and the people I work with, and I look forward to connecting.
